Raw chipboards
Raw chipboards — is a material manufactured by hot pressing of dried wood particles and substances that bond wood particles together. The interior layer is formed by large particle fractions, and external layers are composed of small particle fractions. That’s why the surface is smooth and very resistant against upper layer separation. Synthetic resins are used as binding agents.
Use
Raw chipboards are used for lounge furniture manufacturing, internal decoration of premises, they may be decorated by lamination (coating with thin melamine films), lacquering, coloring, pasting over with artificial and natural veneer sheets, they are also used for making doors, window sills, exposition stands, stacks, as a frame for ceilings and under-floor lagging, external wall cladding, temporary fencing and other constructions.
